Hi! I’m Ali.
With 10+ years of clinical experience under my belt, coupled with a previous business career, I thrive on bridging these two domains to assist emerging therapists in finding their stride. I absolutely love working with masters level, pre-licensed and newly licensed therapists. The reality is, becoming a therapist is hard. Whether you're grappling with feelings of impostor syndrome, attempting to not take on the emotions of your clients, or simply juggling the complexities of life while adjusting to a new profession, welcome.
My goal is to assist you in addressing feelings of inadequacy, learn to better tolerate emotions and identify ineffective behavior patterns so you can manage this profession with greater ease. I consider my approach to be extraordinarily human, walking alongside you on a journey to help you better understand how our own experiences play out in the therapy space.
In my off-time, I am a mother to 3 boys, by and far my greatest accomplishment to date. And separately, but also a fun fact, I am highly specialized in eating disorders.

Breathe Treatment Center - Consulted to support the growth and expansion of the eating disorder track. Conducted individual and group therapy for adult clients in an intensive out-patient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) focused primarily on eating disorders and co-occuring disorders.
Resilience Treatment Center - Conducted individual, group, couples and family therapy for adult clients in an intensive out-patient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) that focuses on primary mental health. Conducted clinical supervision running group and individual supervision at both PHP/IOP and Residential level of care.
IBD Support Foundation - Conducted psychosocial assessments, case management, individual counseling and support groups for patients with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders (A New Journey) - Conducted individual, group, couples and family therapy with adults in an intensive out-patient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP) and residential eating disorder treatment center.
Wellspring Health and Wellness Camps - Conducted individual and group therapy with adolescents and adults working towards a healthier lifestyle through weight management and fitness.
Department of Mental Health Hollywood Clinic - Conducted individual and group therapy as well as triage and intakes with severe and persistent mental illness.
American Jewish University - Conduct group therapy for Intro to Judaism students who are converting to Judaism.
Starlight Children's Foundation - Corporate fundraising manager, program development and patient support.
