We service anyone in California via teletherapy and some of our therapists offer in-person service in and around Los Angeles

Yes! In Los Angeles and San Diego some of our clinicians are able to offer in-person sessions.

Our fees range from $125-$250 depending on which therapist you see. However, each therapist offers a few sliding scales spots so please inquire!

Not currently but this is subject to change. We are considered an out-of-network service provider and provide superbills aka receipts. We are happy to provide you with additional information on how you may still be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company by using the superbill. Give us a call!

After we briefly review policies to ensure you are comfortable, we will get to know you! We do this by learning more about why you are choosing therapy now and your history.

It depends! Therapy is at-will but we will make recommendations based on what we feel can most benefit you. Most clients start at a minimum of 1x per week and then we go from there.
